Have you ever asked yourself, how to frequently post your blogs. Or ever wondered which process will help you publish blogs faster and consistently! I found the answer to this question recently when I changed a few habits regarding my blog writing. As a stay home mom and blogger, I am never free. On top of that, I always worry that I am not working towards my blog. The stress gives me a headache, and I end up stress-busting watching Netflix.

But recently, I found that I can also write an entire post in 15 mins if I stick to the schedule. How exciting that discovery is! Earlier, I took one week to finish a blog, and now I publish at least three blogs monthly or more. So, of course, it is an excellent practice towards my goal. Also, it has increased my blog traffic. So let’s not waste time and get into the blog schedule you should follow to publish blogs more frequently.

Ideas to frequently post blogs:

  1. Set a realistic publishing schedule: When it comes to frequently posting blogs, it’s important to set a schedule that is realistic and sustainable. Consider how much time and effort it takes to create each blog post, and create a schedule that you can realistically stick to over the long-term.

2. Give a look to your google docs: Suppose you are someone like me who is busy, lazy, and confused about where to start today. Then go to Google docs every day, and read the topics you have on the docs. Some topics may start pouring words or layouts on the subject. When this happens, I start typing those words or bullet points. And sometimes, I end up writing an entire blog.

3. Join a bloggers group: In case you are not motivated to write often. You can join blog groups where you have like-minded friends. Join these groups to push yourself to write a blog. I joined a group of friends who are very frequent in publishing blogs, and with them, I get a push to do the same, and I have noticed increased website visitors due to the frequency of posting.

4. Make a productivity chart or calendar: I call it the productivity calculator calendar, where I write what I did the whole day towards my goal. And that has lessened my worries and brought me sanity. Download the productivity calendar here.

5. Create a content calendar: A content calendar can help you plan and organize your blog posts in advance, which can help you stay stress free, and ensure that you are publishing content consistently. You can use tools such as Trello, Asana, or CoSchedule to help you create and manage your content calendar. This can help you stay on track with your publishing schedule and ensure that you have a steady stream of content to share with your audience.

6. Join HARO for content ideas: If you are out of topic, join HARO for random ideas. Upon becoming a contributor, you will receive emails with several questions related to your niche. Not everyone will benefit from this one. But I am always looking for topic ideas to schedule my travel and lifestyle blog niche. Some of the topics have helped me get good traffic for my blog.

7. Repurpose content: To make publishing more frequently more manageable, consider repurposing content. For example, you could turn a long-form blog post into a series of shorter posts, or create a video or podcast episode that covers the same topic.

8. Focus on your website problem one thing at a time: Some days I decide to make freebies. Some days, I only write. Some days I create Pinterest pins, and some days I am busy fixing bugs. At least, that used to happen a lot before. But now I fixed almost all the problems I had. Like this, you can also come closer to your goals.

9. Also, an easy way to write is not to make yourself adamant about the writing methods. Sometimes, I am adamant too. I only wanted to make a note on a paper notebook, but since I am writing on Google docs directly, it’s been very fruitful for my blog. Google docs have an app also that you can access on your phone any time you desire. If you are very particular about your way of writing, it may stop you from being productive. Because you can’t do certain things while sitting in the park, at the swimming lounger, at the picnic or at the restaurant, if you are struck by inspiration at any of these places, make sure you have a handy place to note it.

10. Map out the blog category. Suppose you have targeted to make money from your blog. In that case, you may focus on writing more affiliate-related posts, like product reviews, gift ideas, and more. To target travel lovers, you must write posts related to that category. Either way, the more you write, the more you can publish. And that’s how you can target your audience: more affiliate blogs, visitors, and sales. More travel lovers will visit your website with more travel blogs—either way, more traffic and more income.

11. Focus on writing evergreen posts, even if you have difficulties posting frequently. Please search for a topic, and map out the bullet points. The more in detail, the better. It can be your evergreen post that brings traffic to your website. This post must have lots of keywords. Write down all the questions and keywords people are looking for on Google. And make an elaborate post including those questions.

12. Focus on quality: While it’s important to publish more frequently, it’s equally important to focus on quality. Don’t sacrifice quality for quantity. Each blog post should be well-researched, well-written, and valuable to your audience.

13. Incorporate the Pomodoro technique into your writing process: This technique involves working for a focused 25-minute session followed by a five-minute break. By doing this, you can increase your productivity, improve your focus, and reduce the chances of burnout. You can use a timer app, such as TomatoTimer or Focus@Will, to help you keep track of your time.

14. Don’t forget these: Keyword researching, writing a pillar post, adding amazing related pictures, and more. It’s better to use some helpful plugins like Yoast for SEO, design layout, widgets, and Elementor. WordPress gives a lot of freedom to access these plugins. I also use Grammarly. It helps me write faster. Checks plagiarism, spelling, grammar, rewrite some of the sentences, and much more. I use premium plan of Grammerly. Where I get a lot of helpful features. Get yours here.

15. Engage with your audience: Publishing more frequently can help you build a stronger relationship with your audience. Encourage engagement by asking for comments, feedback, and suggestions. Respond to comments and messages promptly to show that you value your readers’ input.

16. Analyze and adjust: Finally, it’s important to analyze your blog’s performance and adjust your publishing schedule as needed. Use analytics tools to track your traffic, engagement, and other metrics. Adjust your schedule based on what’s working and what’s not, and don’t be afraid to experiment with different approaches to publishing.

17. Prioritize your tasks and focus on the most important ones first: You can use the Eisenhower Matrix, also known as the Urgent-Important Matrix, to help you prioritize your tasks. This method involves dividing your tasks into four categories: urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and not urgent or important. By doing this, you can focus on the tasks that are most important and have the most significant impact on your blog.

18. Discipline and habits towards your goal: So, for now, my goal is to increase traffic to my website. So the frequency of blog posts is my priority. But that can only happen if I stick to my blog scheduler/ planner. PRINT IT BELOW

Let’s talk about the Daily Productivity Planner I created for myself that has helped me achieve my blog publishing schedule:

The Daily Planner

I have added a section for TO DO LIST in the Daily Planner, where you write everything related to your website and goals. The following section is SCHEDULE TODAY, where you can write the top prioritized things to do. The section More to do has more related things coming out while you work, becoming a reminder.

MEMO is the main thing to do.

And Daily reflection would hold the method you want to use to reach your goal.

So when you learn a new way of working that may help you write your blog.

Now you can print this planner or the empty one.

Write down your Things to do and choose from To Do Tasks as you feel like doing or feel easy to finish first.

You can also group your tasks that can be finished one after the other smoothly.

Conclusion

In conclusion, publishing blog posts more frequently can be a great way to increase your website traffic and grow your audience. But it can be challenging to stick to a schedule, especially if you’re busy or lack motivation. By implementing the tips and strategies we discussed, such as setting a productivity calendar, joining a blogging group, focusing on evergreen posts, and using helpful plugins, you can make the process easier and more manageable. Remember, it’s not about having a perfect schedule, but about developing small habits that lead you towards your goal. So start today, and don’t let the fear of imperfection stop you from achieving your blogging goals.
